Our Campin' Cabins are often referred to as "hard roofed tents" by our campers. They sleep 4 to 6 people and have electricity. - Book Now
Each Campin' Cabin has a porch, fire ring, picnic table and water access. All Campin' Cabins are near the campground bath houses with hot showers, private toilet stalls and coin operated washers and dryers. You supply the bedding, towels, toiletries, food and an ice chest.
Small pets are allowed if kept quiet, on a leash, and not left unattended.
Bear Den campground and cabin guests enjoy our lake for swimming, fishing and canoeing. We have a sandy beach and playground, so the whole family can have fun on their NC Mountain getaway. Bring your pole - no North Carolina fishing license needed.
Canoes and paddle boats are available for rent. We have basketball, horseshoes, volleyball and badminton courts and a playground with swings and climbing tower.We also have shuffleboard, ping-pong and often host square dancing. Bear Den is a great family gathering place for NC high country campers and vacationers.
